EV Readiness
As a Doraville Councilmember Andy wrote an ordinance requiring all new single family homes and townhomes to be wired for a 50 AMP connection for a future vehicle charger. Additionally, to
address charging equity, multi-family properties are required to have one charger per 50 units.
Solar Energy
Doraville is one of only 6 cities in Georgia to be SolSmart certified, and in two years has reached Gold Status. This is a testament to the city’s work to reform outdated zoning ordinances, making it easier to install solar.
Free Trees
Supported a program to offer free trees to all Doraville residents.
Kudzu Removal
Supported the start of a goat program to address Kudzu in parks.
